Terms & SMS Conditions

These conditions describe use of the Roof Savers Cleveland website and our optional text-message program. Roof Savers Cleveland is operated by Zel Roofing LLC. Effective October 6, 2026.

Website and service information

Website information is provided for general information. An assessment request does not create a service contract or confirm an appointment. Eligibility, pricing, scope, and warranty coverage are determined through an assessment and written agreements. The terms of your signed service agreement and written warranty govern purchased work.

Optional SMS program

Zel Roofing LLC d/b/a Roof Savers Cleveland may send text messages to people who have opted in to the relevant message category. With marketing consent, messages may include roof-preservation offers, seasonal discounts, and information about residential, commercial, and HOA roof services. With service-message consent, messages may include inquiry and quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding, wash and spray scheduling, job updates, and warranty communications.

Consent and frequency

Marketing and service-message enrollment are separate, optional choices. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services or requesting an assessment. Message frequency varies based on your selections and interactions. Message and data rates may apply to both sent and received messages. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to a program message or text STOP to 440-517-5230 to unsubscribe. A confirmation may be sent, after which program messages will stop. To rejoin, provide a new opt-in through the program's enrollment process. Requests for an assessment alone do not enroll you in promotional texts.

Help and delivery

Reply HELP to a program message or call (440) 427-4028 for assistance. Delivery depends on network and carrier availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or do not arrive.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for information about data use, service providers, and SMS consent. Do not send sensitive financial or identity information by text.
